What unique selling points do you offer?
OLM owns and operates multiple data centers giving us direct management of our services and quality control. Describe the services you offer?
We define web hosting as any need for an Internet presence. It encompasses much more than a just a website; it’s online marketing, Ecommerce, web design, search engine optimization, statistics, technical support and customer service. It’s meeting the needs of customers and tailoring our offerings to meet their exact specifications.
Describe your target market?
Because we own our own data centers, our target market is broad. We specialize in Ecommerce and shared web hosting, but we also have thousands of customers with dedicated servers and reseller accounts. I guess you could say our target market is anyone with a need for an Internet service. That’s what distinguishes us from the thousands of small hosts out there; we have the capability, capacity, training, and experience to meet any need.
How is your company planning for the future?
In 5 years we will be at the forefront of the hosting industry. We have many projects and developments that are going to give added value to existing and new customers. Our main priority right now though is going above and beyond for our current customers and meeting their every expectation. We never lose sight of our current customer base… they mean everything to us and we want to increase the value they are getting.
