Our strategy is to have many customers generating a small profit rather than a few that pay a lot. What unique selling points do you offer?
Well…, everybody tries to offer the best service with the lowest prices. We are succeeding. Seriously now, the service we offer is over the standard. I’ve been a client with several hosting companies and when we designed our price plans we set as our goals to top all the offers we’ve seen. Either by price or quality. Actually, before we started I spoke with our CEO and we decided we won’t start unless we can achieve that.
Describe the services you offer?
That’s a tricky question… In my opinion Web Hosting is the infrastructure for e-commerce. After all, to have a strong e-commerce presence, you need a strong web host. You can’t just settle for an average solution, if it lets you down you lose what you can’t afford to lose: customers.
Describe your target market?
Right now we basically target three areas: individual users that need a small internet presence and don’t want to pay a fortune for hosting but want quality; developers, needing to have a testing environment as close to real life as possible and businesses that need a strong e-commerce presence. We also design hosting plans on request if our main plans are not satisfactory for a client.
How is your company planning for the future?
Who knows? At the rate things evolve technologically we can hardly see where we’ll be in one year. All I can say is that as long as I have something to say, there will be no compromise in the quality of our service. I know as a client how important it is to trust your service providers. We will always try to focus on quality and value for money. We are not afraid to invest in whatever it will take to maintain these two indicators as high as possible.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
Everybody has their priorities when choosing providers, but as I am a developer myself and I worked in web development for a while now, I know what it takes. One of our hosting plans is designed for developer needs. ASP.NET, ASP, PHP, MySQL and MSSQL, SSL, you name it, it’s there. Since a developing project usually doesn’t generate profit just yet, this plan is only $4.99 a month.
How do you support your customers?
We offer email support 24x7x365 days a year. We try to answer as fast as possible. For special needs, we even offer live chat sessions on Yahoo messenger or MSN messenger. We also have an extensive technical support/FAQ section on our website.
